About Our Theatres. Shea’s Performing Arts Center (Shea's PAC) is a campus of three theatres in downtown Buffalo comprised of Shea’s Smith Theatre, Shea’s 710 Theatre, and the historic crown jewel, Shea’s Buffalo Theatre.
